On March 2011, a serious earthquake and tsunami devastated parts of the Tohoku region of eastern Honshu, the main island of Japan. After the earthquake leveled buildings and structures, a large mass of black, dirty tsunami water and debris swept through and destroyed property, upended and even ended lives, and has left a deposit of polluted sludge throughout towns. Floods and fires have added further damage to this ravaged region.
Many years of work to restore this beautiful area are needed. I have joined a team of volunteers comprised of international groups, non-profits, and more. Together we aim to help victims, clean dirty and damaged areas, and make an effort to restore the lives of the people so greatly affected by this tragedy.
Your support in helping the people of Japan is greatly appreciated.
